Legacy Naming Opportunities

Name a room or garden for a loved one or your business

​The boutique hotel-like house will be something we can all be proud of, wrapped in local warmth and hospitality. 

​It's not often that affixing your name in perpetuity to a permanent facility is within reach.

The three-story structure will have areas and rooms made possible by the generosity of local donors. Permanent, prominent room plaques will identify the contributing donors and the person, family or business being honored, in perpetuity. 

 Whether you make a single donation or spread it over a multi-year pledge, the various spaces will be made possible by those who want to see our community help others under stress.

MARKETING INTERN  A great resume-building opportunity for a talented volunteer looking to stretch his or her marketing wings. Working with the leadership team of a growing, forward-thinking, local nonprofit with a rockstar mission, our current project needs include:    1. Development of a content strategy for monthly newsletters, to help keep our affinity groups informed, inspired, and engaged.  2. Fresh ideas for stakeholder and community engagement.  3. Authorship of boilerplate letters, with messaging unique to the organization.    Knowledge of Constant Contact and/or MailChimp is a plus, but not required.   A creative brain, compelling writing skills, and a can-do attitude is a Plus-Plus! 

BOARD TREASURER Outline of duties and approximate time commitment on a monthly basis for the open Executive Committee Treasure Position on the HHBR Board of Directors.   Bank Account Management Payment of Invoices Monthly financial reconciliation Reporting of finances to BoD at monthly meeting (Three Funding Streams- General, Interim Patient and Veteran) Collaboration with fundraising chair to ensure tax requirement documentation is provided to donors Collaboration with HHBR CPA to ensure all tax paperwork is filed in a timely manner with both state and federal agencies Maintain repository of tax documentation to provide as needed   December - April approximately 3-5 hours monthly   May - November 2-3 hours monthly
