The 82nd Airborne Christian Soldiers Food Pantry, at 728-A Church Ave SE Roanoke VA, is an affiliate of Feeding Southwest Virginia, Inc and predominantly serves disabled veterans. We need volunteers, any day, from 830am - 230pm Monday - Saturday, to sort donated food into boxes for curbside pick up by individual who need food. Sometimes we need volunteers with good driving records to pick up food from supermarkets in a 17' Feeding Southwest Virginia truck beginning at 645am. Call Rayma Mary Mills at 540-915-1518.

The volunteer positions will be cook, food prep and quality assurance.  Closed-toed shoes are required and the minimum age is 16.  

PARKING: Please park on the left side of the building.  You will be going in the side door marked "Volunteer Entrance." There is a buzzer outside the door should it be locked.
