SERCAP's mission is to improve the quality of life for low-income individuals by promoting affordable water and wastewater facilities, community development,
environmental health, and economic self-sufficiency.
What We Do
Provide technical assistance to rural communities in need of grant writing/research, small business loans for individuals and communities, housing counseling, lead hazard reduction programs, water/wastewater systems, and housing rehabs.
