Who We Are
The Floyd County Humane Society is dedicated to the care and responsible, respectful treatment of all animals. In addition to pet rescue, foster and adoption, we offer reduced cost spay and neuter for dogs and cats.
What We Do
Our mission is to promote responsible animal ownership. We do this by providing assistance to reduce animal over-population; placing animals in need of a permanent home in safe and loving environments through our foster care program; and serving the community through education and dedication to protecting the moral and ethical right of all living creatures.
