Who We Are

Junior Achievement is empowering young people to own their economic success. We provide education in financial literacy, workforce readiness, and entrepreneurship for students in Kindergarten through 12th grade.

What We Do

We train volunteers from the community to present our financial literacy programs in K-12 classrooms around Southwest Virginia. We provide a kit of classroom materials, including a guidebook that takes the volunteer step-by-step through each lesson. The programs are full of fun activities that engage students and facilitate learning. Volunteers can inject their own experience and vital information about their careers and success into the presentation.
