We are an agency that helps seniors stay in their homes and live safely and independently for as long as possible, offering a variety of services to support this mission. 

We offer services to seniors who are 60 years of age and older. Our services, including Meals-on-Wheels, Transportation, Care Coordination and other in-home services, offer support to seniors so that they can remain safely in their homes where they want to be, and remain independent for as long as possible.
