Who We Are
Members of the Friends of the Roanoke County Public Library (FOL) organization are people who believe a strong public library is essential to Roanoke Valley, contribute their support to achieve this goal, and work for a cause important to them and to their community.
What We Do
Members of the Friends of the Roanoke County Public Library support the library and its programs by raising and giving funds for various needs like the summer and winter reading programs, new supplies and signage at various branches, organizing book sales, and giving towards the costs of 3D Printing and other new technologies that enhance the library's services for the community.
