Habitat for Humanity of Franklin County

Habitat for Humanity of Franklin Co. has served the community for the past 25 years with services that directly enable affordable homeownership for low-middle income residents of Franklin Co. Affordable homeownership is made possible with the provision of zero-interest, zero-profit mortgage loans as well as homeowners' "sweat equity" investment into the construction of their own home and other Habitat for Humanity homes in the community. Volunteer construction labor helps us keep construction costs as low as possible, which directly translates into affordable monthly mortgage payments for Habitat homeowners.

Habitat for Humanity of Franklin Co. brings people together to build homes, communities and hope. We are currently seeking volunteers to help build homes, perform home repairs and help in our Habitat retail store.
