Each year, the Commonwealth Games commences with an opening ceremony and tailgate party, both of which will be held this year at the Salem Red Sox stadium on Friday, July 17. We are looking for people to set up the tailgate at 2pm and also to work the tailgate (serve food, work games, hand out prizes, etc.) at 3:45pm. We will need volunteers until around 7pm when the athletes march onto the field before the fireworks.
