CROWD CONTROL / SIGNAGE MONITORS
Monitors are responsible for helping our DASHers before the Race starts with last minute Registration, locating the proper Starting Lines and carrying Sponsor Signage
- Dress warmly – it is cold in the morning, but usually warms up. Layered clothing is best. WEAR GLOVES AND A HAT!
- Hold signs and direct people as needed. Determine what side of the street you need to stand on so the arrows on the sign point in the right direction! Crossing guards check traffic and ensure safety of people crossing intersections.
- Once completely finished, return signs & safety vests to Crowd Control Leader as directed. You may keep your turkey visor.
- Please join us on the Roanoke City Market for refreshments and Awards Ceremony at 10am!
