KEEP Healthy kidney screening volunteer

Join us to screen over 100 people for kidney disease. We are looking for a knock out team of volunteers interested in health to assist the National Kidney Foundation with screening the Wise community for kidney disease on October 15th, 2016! This is a fantastic opportunity for students interested in a career in health services, current or retired health professionals, and anyone interested in serving others and improving the well being of their community. Medical experience is preferred but not required. Opportunities include helping register participants, conducting family history surveys, evaluating BMI, conducting blood pressure tests, assisting with a urine analysis screening, clinical consultation, program evaluation of participants, and distribution of information and resources. Come out for a day of fun, a great cause, and the opportunity to help make Wise County a healthier place.
