Must have at least 5 years of operating and running a daily business. The Business Manager operates and manages Your Life Matters Empowerment Alliance Bullying Prevention Community Center and is responsible for its daily operations. The Business Manager will also work closely with the C. E. O., Outreach Coordinator Director, Team Leader Director, Martial Arts Program Director, and the Joint Venture Partnership Program Director.
In addition, the Business Manager will help the Team Leader Director in recruiting Team Leaders for the Bullying Prevention Community Center as well as hiring other Business Managers for other Bullying Prevention Community Centers throughout the state of Virginia. As the Business Manager, you will also be working with kids from 4 years old to adulthood who have been, or currently are, bullied.
