Must have at least a 2nd Degree Black Belt and must be proficient in creating a martial art program specifically for bullied victims and survivors from the ages of 4 - adulthood. Must have at least 4 years of studio management and be willing to travel across the state of Virginia for events and workshops. The Martial Arts Program Director will work closely with the C. E. O., Marketing Director, Event Planning Director, Team Leader Director, and Your Life Matters Empowerment Alliance's Community Center Management.
