The function of the Team Leader Director is to recruit and train team leaders to help at Your Life Matters Empowerment Alliance's Events throughout the year and to help manage with the Business Managers Your Life Matters Empowerment Alliance's Community Centers throughout the Roanoke Valley and the state of Virginia.
The Team Leader Director will work closely with the Joint Venture Partnership Director, Business Manager, Martial Arts Director, Outreach Coordinator Director, and C. E. O. Must have at least two years management and marketing experience.
Also must have some public relations, community service, and community outreach experience. As a Team Leader Director, you will be working with kids from 4 years old to adulthood who have been, or currently are, bullied.
