As a Stakeholder for Your Life Matters Empowerment Alliance, the role and responsibilities include connecting with the public, donors, clients, employees, politicians and local leaders to help our organization stay relevant and visible. Another major role our Stakeholders will have is to help select the Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Accountant, and Treasurer for Your Life Matters Empowerment Alliance.
The approach to our stakeholders' engagement is to help our organization reach a multi-diverse and multi-cultural environment and to maintain a strong presence in the community, reach out to individuals, businesses and groups that share common interests and goals, and can help us achieve our objectives, as local buy-ins and engagement is essential for Your Life Matters Empowerment Alliance to achieve its mission.
The three main goals of Your Life Matters Empowerment Alliance Stakeholders are to develop a deeper understanding of problems, create new and better solutions, and build a more effective and efficient bullying prevention and awareness non-profit organization, as we move towards becoming United Nations Ambassadors in the future.
