Help us raise funds for Apple Ridge Farm by volunteering with us at First Fridays!
Apple Ridge Farm was selected as a 2021 recipient to participate in the First Fridays events. Our participation in these events allows us to raise funds for Apple Ridge Farm. We need 10 volunteers on Friday, September 3, 2021 and 10 volunteers on Friday, October 1, 2021.
Events will be held on Franklin Road between Williamson and Jefferson Streets from 5-9pm on select Friday’s in 2020. Volunteers should arrive no later than 4:30 p.m. and plan to stay until around 9:30 p.m.
Volunteers are assigned work in one of three areas, admissions, drink ticket sales or alcohol beverage dispensing. Each position has responsibilities which will be reviewed with volunteers prior to 4:50 PM.
Two areas afford seated positions (admissions and drink ticket sales). Volunteers dispensing alcoholic beverages will be standing during the event.
Face coverings are required at all times for volunteers unless restrictions are lifted.
