BOARD TREASURER
Outline of duties and approximate time commitment on a monthly basis for the open Executive Committee Treasure Position on the HHBR Board of Directors.
 
  • Bank Account Management
  • Payment of Invoices
  • Monthly financial reconciliation
  • Reporting of finances to BoD at monthly meeting (Three Funding Streams- General, Interim Patient and Veteran)
  • Collaboration with fundraising chair to ensure tax requirement documentation is provided to donors
  • Collaboration with HHBR CPA to ensure all tax paperwork is filed in a timely manner with both state and federal agencies
  • Maintain repository of tax documentation to provide as needed
 
December - April approximately 3-5 hours monthly  
May - November 2-3 hours monthly
