BOARD TREASURER
Outline of duties and approximate time commitment on a monthly basis for the open Executive Committee Treasure Position on the HHBR Board of Directors.
- Bank Account Management
- Payment of Invoices
- Monthly financial reconciliation
- Reporting of finances to BoD at monthly meeting (Three Funding Streams- General, Interim Patient and Veteran)
- Collaboration with fundraising chair to ensure tax requirement documentation is provided to donors
- Collaboration with HHBR CPA to ensure all tax paperwork is filed in a timely manner with both state and federal agencies
- Maintain repository of tax documentation to provide as needed
December - April approximately 3-5 hours monthly
May - November 2-3 hours monthly
