Huddle Up Moms

We began as a group of women who came together for the Southwest Virginia Mom Expo in 2019 with the goal of empowering and educating parents on a range of topics, including exercise, physical therapy, self-advocacy, neurobiology, gynecology, nutrition, and mental health. Through the Mom Expo, we learned that there is an untapped opportunity to connect mothers to each other and to resources in the Roanoke area. Therefore, we continue to work together to establish a community organization that supports local mothers.

Our mission is to empower, educate, and support mothers in Southwest Virginia by fueling meaningful connections within our community. We believe that all mothers deserve to flourish in all aspects of their lives. We believe that it takes a village to raise a family and no woman should feel isolated. We believe in empowering women to prioritize their well-being and in connecting mothers to resources they need to be happy, healthy, and confident.
