* Serves as liaison to monthly event planning teams, and supports program directors in event management
* Supports with developing the timeline, all planning logistics, and organize day-of coordination, including, but not limited to, securing venues for events and programs
* Communicates between the planning team and Director of Communications & Media for any graphic design and/or social media needs
* Manage events and address potential problems that may arise
* Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes
