A FREE day full of fun, laughter, competition and watershed education to be held along the Roanoke River in Smith Park. Recycled boat races with teams testing their creative, building and boating skills as they race boats made only of recycled materials. The Great Duck Race With all proceeds supporting several local non-profits. Tons of fun for all with river advocacy, watershed education activities for kids and adults, Live music, food, games, face painting and more.
We are looking for volunteers to help with our green team, and with duck removal, wash and pack-up. main times that we need volunteers is from 12-4pm
